MIG: 2005 Rally

ASHEVILLE

52.00 per night plus tax, for 1-2 adults in the room.
For more than 2 adults per room, a charge of $5.00 more
per additional adult, per night would apply.

Pet fee would be $15 per stay.

The rate would be good for the dates of Friday, June 17th
through Saturday, June 26th (check-out on Sunday June 27th).
The cut-off date for reservations would be May 31, 2005,
with reservations made after the date at the then
prevailing Rack Rate.

In the event of cancellation of any reservation,
the hotel requires notification of 24 hours in advance
of the arrival date, by 4 p.m. hotel time.

For reservations cancelled after the cancellation deadline,
a cancellation fee of one night's rate plus applicable
taxes will apply.

We have no control of getting you the above rate if you make your reservations after May 31, 2005. If you are unsure about coming, make your reservations before May 31, 2005 to guarantee the rate, and then if need be, cancel your reservations.

Other scheduled events for the MIG 2005 Rally will be:

MIG Annual Dinner (Joe's Crab Shack)
Mardi Gras night (we will supply the masks, beads and some other goodies)
Motorcycle games (which we didn't do last rally but WILL DO this rally)

So mark your calendars of this event. Oh don't worry we will remind you various times throughout the year about this event.

Also, all the more reason for you to come to the event is that we will have special appearances made from people who you all want to meet and get to know better! If you want to know who they are, you are just going to have to come and find out!
